YUZU Productions
Founded by Fabrice Estève and Christian Popp in 2012, YUZU Productions is now home to three producers: Fabrice Estève, Armel Parisot and Clémence de la Robertie.
Since its inception, YUZU has produced around sixty documentaries for television and cinema, including both one-off films and series, across a wide range of formats, styles and subjects. Our editorial approach is centred on distinctive and ambitious audiovisual and cinematic projects, often international in scope.
We choose projects that truly resonate with us, and our interests are deliberately eclectic. Our work explores a broad range of subjects, including investigative journalism, economics, science, history, society, health, the arts, adventure, discovery, portraits, personal journeys and sport.
Over the years, we have built strong expertise and an extensive international network. Our films are widely distributed around the world, and to date we have co-produced with partners in more than twenty countries.
YUZU Productions was nominated four times, in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2021, for the Procirep Producer of the Year Award in the documentary category.

Our Team
Fabrice Estève
Producer
Fabrice has been producing documentaries and factual programmes since 1994, first with Télé Images, then VM Group, Ampersand, Gédéon Programmes and Docside Production, before co-founding YUZU Productions in 2012.
He holds degrees in Film and Audiovisual Studies and in Audiovisual Law and Administration, and graduated from the EURODOC programme in 2001.
In 2001, he co-founded the Science & Television Association, which brings together around fifty French production companies and organises the Pariscience International Science Film Festival. He served as its President from 2015 to 2022 and co-founded the Sport et Films collective in 2013.
Clémence de la Robertie
Producer
Clémence de la Robertie holds a degree in Law and a Master's degree in Communications. She is a journalist and director. From 2007 to 2015, she directed documentaries for ARTE, France 5 and Planète, through Elephant Groupe, Morgane, Point du Jour and Effervescence.
She then became Editor-in-Chief at Flair Production, where she oversaw documentary series for ARTE and Canal+, while also co-writing several films. From 2022 to 2025, she worked in development at Boréales, before becoming Producer at Flair, where she headed the documentary department.
She joined YUZU Productions as a Producer in autumn 2025.
Armel Parisot
Producer
Armel holds a degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia Management (Sciences Com’/Audencia). He completed the EAVE Network training programme in 2022 and regularly lectures at institutions including INA and ESD.
After working as Head of Production and Producer at Point du Jour, Armel became Managing Director and Partner of the newly formed Point du Jour – Les Films du Balibari, a structure bringing together four producers until 2023 (with more than 400 works produced over 25 years).
He joined YUZU Productions in October 2024 to co-manage the company and develop documentary projects.
Jeanne Cloquet
Head of Productions
Jeanne joined YUZU Productions in April 2025 as Head of Production.
After completing a Master's degree in Cultural Project Design and Management, specialising in Film and Photography (Université Paris 3 Sorbonne-Nouvelle), she gained experience through several internships in event production.
She then moved into documentary production, working as a Production Assistant at Patrick Spica Production before joining the Effervescence Group, where she spent five years. There, she supervised the production of several documentary films and series for both traditional and digital broadcasters.
Alice Tournayre
Production Administrator
Alice holds a Master's degree in Film and Audiovisual Studies, specialising in Production (Université Paul-Valéry, Montpellier).
She gained experience through several internships in documentary and advertising production before working for three years as a Production Assistant at Blagbuster, Sympa Cool and Troisième Oeil, where she contributed to the production of television series and programmes, as well as sketches for YouTube.
After completing a Production Administration training programme at Courts-On, she joined YUZU Productions as Production Administrator in June 2025.
